HRTNC aims to be fair and transparent. This Refund Policy sets out when refunds or credits may be offered for training courses, consultancy services, and digital downloads purchased through hrtnc.com. Unless otherwise agreed in writing (for bespoke projects), this policy applies to all purchases.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the product type, timing of the request and whether the material has been accessed. In summary:
- Training fees are non-refundable if a candidate misses the scheduled session, but they may be allowed to join a future session if space is available.
- Fees for document downloads are non-refundable. Downloaded documents are for personal use only and cannot be shared.
- Bespoke consultancy & retainers: Refunds for bespoke services depend on contract terms. Where work has begun, fees for completed work and reasonable costs will be retained; remaining unused fees may be refunded per the signed agreement.
- Trials, promotional offers & vouchers: Special offers or voucher redemptions are subject to the terms of the promotion and may be non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or credit, please:
- Contact our support team at info@hrtnc.com with your order number, name, the date of purchase and the reason for the request.
- Provide any supporting evidence where relevant (e.g., proof of payment, or other documentation requested by HRTNC).
- Allow up to 7 business days for initial acknowledgement and review of your refund request.
HRTNC reserves the right to refuse refunds that are not consistent with this policy or that appear fraudulent.
4. Refund Timing & Method
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Processing time: Refunds are normally processed within 7–14 business days after approval, but timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Method: Refunds will be returned using the original payment method where possible. If that is not feasible, HRTNC may offer an alternative method such as a bank transfer or account credit, with your consent.
- Deductions: Refunds may be net of non-refundable transaction fees, platform fees or third-party charges where these have been incurred and cannot be recovered.
- Tax treatment: Where taxes were collected at the time of sale, refunds will be processed in line with applicable tax rules and any adjustments will be made as required by law.
5. Downloaded Materials & Licensing
Downloads (e.g., templates, reports, manuals) are delivered electronically. Because digital assets can be copied, fees for downloads are non-refundable once the file(s) have been downloaded or the download link has been issued.
If you receive corrupted files or cannot access purchased downloads due to a technical issue, contact HRTNC and we will provide replacement files or technical support.
6. Course Transfers & Rescheduling
Instead of a refund, HRTNC frequently offers a transfer or credit to a future session:
- If HRTNC cancels a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available session.
7. Third-Party Providers & Marketplaces
If you purchased HRTNC services through a third-party marketplace or partner, that third party’s refund policy may apply. In such cases, HRTNC will work with the marketplace to resolve refund requests, but you may need to initiate the request through the platform used for purchase.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer before contacting HRTNC, this may complicate and delay resolution. HRTNC reserves the right to contest fraudulent chargebacks by providing evidence of service delivery. Repeated chargebacks without prior contact may lead to account suspension.
